Terms of Service
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of Coinquill, operated by Senosys. By creating an account or using Coinquill you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Coinquill does
Coinquill helps you record your spending and keep track of things that renew, and sends you reminders. Coinquill does not hold, transfer or process money, and it does not pay anything on your behalf. Reminders are a convenience: you remain responsible for paying and renewing on time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate details and keep your email account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content
- You own what you add. You give us permission to store it and show it to you so that the service works.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Totals and reminders are only as correct as the information recorded.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Coinquill. In particular, do not: break the law; try to access accounts that are not yours; probe, overload or disrupt the service; or use automated means to create accounts or send messages.
5. Reminders and notifications
We try to send reminders on time, but notifications and email depend on third parties and on your device, settings and connection. We cannot guarantee that every reminder will arrive, so please do not rely on Coinquill as your only safeguard for dates that matter, such as insurance, tax or legal deadlines.
6. Availability and changes
Coinquill is provided free and "as is". We may change, pause or end features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Keep your own record of important amounts and dates.
7. Suspension and ending
You may stop using Coinquill and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and Senosys is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, late fees, lapsed policies, missed renewals or other losses arising from a reminder that was late, missing or wrong. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use Coinquill, which is zero for the free service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Coinquill after a change means you accept the new version. The date above shows the latest version.
